Twinkle graces on Graiza Cover!

One of the most stylish star-wives in tinsel town is none other than Twinkle Khanna. Twinkle, who still looks like she could give the current breed of actresses a run for their money, features on the cover page of this month’s issue of fashion and style magazine Grazia. Looking like a million bucks, Twinkle is seen wearing a red coloured textured dress by Blugirl.

In an exclusive interview with Grazia, Twinkle talks about her style statement and her favorite designers. She says, “A woman has to always go by her structure and make the most of it, rather than try to dress like someone else. I love flowing dresses, but I can’t really wear them because they overwhelm my frame. For me, everything has to be cinched at the waist.”

Finally, Twinkle also shares some valuable insights on how she manages to juggle between her various roles of a devoted mother, loving wife, successful businesswoman and veritable style genius. All this and more indeed makes for some very interesting read.

Recently Twinkle accompanied her husband for a couple of high profile events. “And I thought I had walked into the events alone because every time I turned and looked my husband was in front of a television crew giving interviews.

I had to finally request his bodyguards to drag him away,” she jokes

. “When it comes to choosing between the media and me, my husband may just choose them,” she laughs.

Akshay admits that at most times he follows Twinkle around like a little lamb, only once in a way he gets a chance to actually stray, in the direction of a mike.

Bollywood prays for Simple Kampadia :( She will not be forgotten!

Actress turned fashion designer Dimple Kapadia’s younger sister, Simple Kapadia, sadly passed away earlier this week at the age of 51.

Twinkle’s aunt had been battling cancer for three years and passed away after a heart attack on November 10. Bollywood stars Priyanka Chopra, Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan all showed up to pay their respect to the actress who made her film debut with the 1976 production “Anurodh.”

Sonam Kapoor Best Dressed in Bollywood by People Magazine!

The gorgeous belle Sonam Kapoor is named the best dressed in Bollywood by People Magazine!

Two film-old actress Sonam Kapoor has beaten the likes of Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif to emerge as the best dressed celebrity in India, according to People magazine. “My style isn’t about trends. I don’t let the clothes wear me, I wear them,” said the 24-year-old about her style statement. On the list, Kareena holds second position, Priyanka is third, Twinkle Khanna on fourth and Katrina on fifth slot. Sonam, daughter of Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor, made her acting debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Saawariya” opposite Ranbir Kapoor and later featured in “Delhi 6”. The young actress will now be seen in “Ayesha”.

AKshay and Kareena to kiss in Kambakkht Ishq??

Rumor has it that Bollywood hunk Akshay Kumar and Bollywood hottie Kareena Kapoor are going to kiss in Kambakkht Ishq. But news has it that Akki wasn’t the one who was nervous!!

It’s not only her bathing costume scene from Kambhakt Ishq that Kareena Kapoor has contractually prevented from being aired or put on hoardings.

Apparently, there’s also a sensual kiss she enjoys in the film with Akshay Kumar that’s being given the miss. You won’t see that popping up on your television screen during the film’s promos.

Barring a fleeting peck with Fardeen Khan in Govind Nihalani’s Dev, the only time Kareena did a kissing scene was in Jab We Met with Shahid Kapoor whom she was then seeing. And, now she’s done one with Saif Ali Khan in Rensil D’Silva’s film.

Kissing Akshay was problematic for Kareena. The actress was reportedly hesitant. Akshay was her sister Karisma’s co-star. As a 12-year-old, she had vsited Karisma’s sets and hid shyly from him. And Akshay treats her like a kid. He’s very protective of her. So he, too, was hesitant. But they knew that the kiss comes at a point in the plot when an intimacy beyond the superficial had to be shown. Both stars took their respective soul mates into confidence before getting into it. Neither Saif nor Twinkle minded. So, they kissed!
